The unsmooth carving path of the engraving machine is generally caused by two reasons:
1. There is a gap between the y-axis or x-axis of the precision engraving machine, or there may be a gap between the two axes at the same time, which causes shaking in the engraving process, deviation in the engraving path, and uneven lettering.
2. The difference between the linear speed and the curve speed of the engraving machine is too large, which causes the engraving machine to vibrate too much when the glass engraving machine company walks the curve, causing deviation in the engraving path and uneven lettering.
Aiming at the problem that the carving path of the engraving machine is not smooth, Dior CNC Technology Department has developed two effective treatment methods:
1. For the first reason, you need to change the line or curve speed, and the change value depends on the engraving machine's own parameters. If you do not know how to set it, you can contact the manufacturer of the engraving machine.
2. For the second reason, if the engraving machine is round track, we need to find a way to change the guide rail or the slider of the glass engraving machine company. The action will be relatively large, depending on the reason. If it is a square track, it is much simpler. Only the glass engraving machine company needs to adjust the upper and lower or front and rear sliders.
