2、 After each use of the machine, pay attention to the cleaning, be sure to clean the dust on the platform and transmission system, and lubricate the transmission system (X, Y, Z axes) regularly (weekly). (Note: The X, Y, Z three-axis polished rod shall be maintained with oil; the screw rod part shall be filled with high-speed grease; in winter, if the working environment temperature is too low, the screw rod and polished rod (square guide rail or circular guide rail) part shall be cleaned with gasoline first, and then the oil shall be added; otherwise, the resistance of the transmission part of the machine will be too large, resulting in the dislocation of the glass engraving machine.)

(1) One of the three shafts cannot move. At this time, check whether the drive block corresponding to the corresponding shaft is damaged. Troubleshooting
(1) Alarm failure
Overtravel alarm indicates that the machine has reached the limit during operation. Please check as follows:
